If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to decide to either exchange or return it. The procedure is as follows:
1) Send us an e-mail to [email protected] and inform us of your return stating your order number, the article which you wish to return as well as the reason (i.e. too small, not as expected,…). Do not forget to specify whether you wish to return or exchange the item.
2) Return the article. Always return clothing in perfect condition with all its original labels and packaging. Underwear, swim suits, swim trunks and bikinis cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene purposes.
